About
Our mission is to provide everyone with accessible additive manufacturing services to turn their ideas into reality, and to change the world with it.
We live in a world that forces people into boxes. Creativity is often dismissed, ridiculed, or crushed beneath a system that values efficiency over imagination, mass production over individuality, and conformity over originality.

People with ideas are told, “That won’t work.”
People who dream are told, “Be realistic.”
People who create are told, “Just buy what already exists.”
But we believe something different.
At Aldern, we believe that every person is made to create. Creativity isn’t just a skill—it’s woven into the fabric of who we are. We were made in the image of a Creator, and to create is to reflect something divine.

Yet most people don’t have the tools, knowledge, or support to bring their ideas to life. Instead, they are forced to settle for what’s already available. The world tells them to consume, not create.

We reject that.

Aldern exists to break the cycle of limitation. We believe that no idea—no matter how ambitious, strange, or unconventional—should be dismissed before it has a chance to be realized.

How It Started
A young child sees his father in a crowd viewing a machine at the mall. The child enters the store and stands by his father. The crowd watches a spectacle, a machine making something out of nothing. In less time to figure out how the magic worked, a toy shark was 3d printed. That child was Brandon McDevitt. He founded Aldern, hoping to ignite the same fascination in others as he experienced that day.
How We're Doing
As of February 1st, 2024, Aldern has had over 300 orders all across the world! The current workshop has five powerful printers ready to fit your needs. Our shipping station is ready to ship packages no matter the place. We are expanding the workshop every day!
Where We're Going
This is just the beginning for Aldern! We envision local stores, closed-loop recycling, larger and better printers, and a faster designing system so your idea can be made as fast as possible. If we can serve you better, we are working on it! Aldern plans to enter the aerospace industry, medical industry, transportation industry, and much more.
